DubaiMadame.com – Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective Date: 25 November 2025
These Terms and Conditions (« Terms ») govern your access to and use of www.dubaimadame.com, its sub-domains, mobile sites, and applications (the « Platform ») operated by The French Link FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone:

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing services/products or advertising campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any referenced policies (collectively, the « Agreement »).
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for natural persons aged 18 years or older with legal capacity under UAE law.
2. Our Role: Intermediary Platform
The French Link operates the Platform as a marketplace enabling independent third-party companies (« Sellers ») to promote and sell their own services and products to users (« Customers »).
2.2 Who Provides the Services?
The French Link is not a seller:
- We do not own, create, or supply services/products
- All services and products are supplied exclusively by Sellers
- We are never the seller of record
When you purchase via the Platform:
- Your contract is directly with the Seller, not The French Link
- The French Link only facilitates:
- Offer presentation
- Payment collection (via payment links)
- Transmission of your details to Seller for fulfillment
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Service/product quality and availability
- Delivery and customer service
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Claims and disputes
The French Link is not agent, partner, or representative of Sellers. No partnership or employment relationship is created.
3. Platform Use and User Accounts
- Some features require account creation
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- You agree to notify us of unauthorized access
- We may suspend accounts for violations
You must not:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Interfere with Platform operation or security
- Copy content without consent
- Use automated access (scraping, bots) without permission
- Violate others’ rights
3A. Advertising and Media Services
The French Link sells advertising and promotional media campaigns on DubaiMadame.com and other digital channels (« Media Services »).
Media Services contracts are directly between you and The French Link, governed by separate agreements.
- Campaign scope, content, pricing, and delivery agreed separately
- Services provided with reasonable skill
- No guaranteed results or ROI unless expressly agreed
You warrant that:
- Your advertising materials do not infringe third-party rights
- Your content complies with applicable laws
You indemnify us against claims arising from breach of warranties or your Media Services use.
The French Link may reject/remove:
- Illegal or offensive content
- Misleading or non-compliant content
- Without liability
Media Services fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
4. Offers, Pricing, and Information
- Descriptions and prices provided by Sellers
- The French Link does not guarantee accuracy or completeness
- Sellers may change/withdraw offers anytime before purchase confirmation
- No liability for changes
- You must review all offer conditions before purchase
- We recommend careful reading of details
- Images are illustrative
- Actual services/products may vary but must match essential description
5. Booking, Payment, and Contract Formation
- Your purchase is a contract directly with the Seller
- The French Link processes payment as intermediary
- Successful payment and receipt of confirmation confirm purchase
- Your contact details are shared with the Seller to execute your order
- Payments are processed by third-party providers
- The French Link does not store your complete payment details
- You are responsible for accuracy of payment information
- You guarantee availability of funds
6. Service Performance and Delivery
- Sellers alone perform services and comply with laws
- They provide customer service and support
- The French Link does not guarantee service/product quality or availability
- We do not control Seller performance
- If you fail to comply with Seller policies, service/product may be deemed used
- No refund will be provided
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by Sellers
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable
- Except as stated in offer or required by law
- For Seller failure, your remedy is against the Seller
- The French Link may facilitate but assumes no obligation
- Any goodwill refund does not establish our liability or obligation
- Direct complaints first to the Seller
- The French Link may facilitate discussions
- We are not responsible for dispute resolution
- Legal claims are against Sellers
- Except where law prohibits
- You are fully responsible for content you submit
Content must not be:
- Illegal
- Offensive or abusive
- Defamatory or threatening
By submitting content, you grant us a broad license to use it for:
- Operating the Platform
- Promoting our services
- Public display
The French Link may remove content at its discretion.
- Platform design and content belong to us or are licensed to us
- Protected by copyright and trademark laws
- Personal and non-commercial use only
- Copying or distribution without consent is prohibited
- Trademarks belong to us or Sellers
- No trademark rights granted by use
11. Data Protection and Privacy
The French Link collects, processes, and records personal data necessary to:
- Operate the Platform
- Process orders
- Facilitate payments
- Share data with Sellers
- Send marketing communications
- Our practices comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
- Our Privacy Policy explains your rights, data usage, retention, and security
- Review it before using the Platform
By purchasing via the Platform, you expressly consent that The French Link may:
- Collect your personal data (name, contact details, booking, transaction information)
- Share it with the Seller to perform your contract
Each Seller is responsible for its PDPL compliance.
- We implement administrative, technical, and physical protections
- Against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, subject to legal limits. Contact us via the Platform contact form.
- You will not use the Platform to collect/process third-party data in PDPL violation
- Without appropriate consent
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that UAE law prohibits excluding, namely:
- Death or injury from gross negligence
- Fraud
12.2 Our Limitations (to extent permitted by law)
The French Link does not guarantee and is not responsible for:
- Seller actions (quality, legality, safety of services/products)
- Continuous Platform availability (interruptions, errors, security issues)
- Content accuracy (provided « as-is », without warranty)
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of fees/commissions actually received from you for that transaction.
You agree to indemnify and defend us against:
- Any breach of these Terms or law
- Any abuse or unauthorized Platform use
- Any Seller or third-party claim arising from your acts
The Platform may link to third-party sites/content. The French Link:
- Has no control over these sites
- Does not endorse or approve them
- Assumes no responsibility
Access at your own risk.
The French Link is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism
- Strikes, civil unrest
- Government actions
- Telecommunications/internet failure
The French Link may update these Terms, including to:
- Reflect legal changes
- Adapt our business model
- Improve the Platform
- Changes are posted with updated date
- Your continued use implies acceptance
- If you refuse, stop using the Platform
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and non-contractual obligations are governed by UAE law applied in Dubai, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts, UAE
- DIFC courts excluded
- Without prejudice to your consumer protection rights
