THE CHEF: With a wealth of culinary knowledge, coupled with passion for all things baking and patisserie, Chef Heirida Marica is the brainchild behind the spectacular gingerbread displays each year at the hotel.
THE FOOD: You will select 1 of the following 10 pastries recommended by the cheffe.
On the « TASTE OF » pastry baking class: New York bake cheesecake, apple crumble tart, tiramisu, profiterole with custard cream and chocolate sauce, chocolate fudge cake, strawberry tart, salted caramel cake, frosted carrot cake, chocolate truffle or lemon meringue tart. This is a private session from 1 person to 4 people maximum (no minimum age required). At the end, each person will go away with their production take away.
