THE MIXOLOGIST: De Silva, a seasoned mixologist with a wealth of experience spanning two decades, is driven by his passion for crafting one-of-a-kind beverages. He finds inspiration in the art of concocting unique drinks and takes joy in interacting with customers.
Among his repertoire of creations, the « Pink Jell » stands out as a signature cocktail. Its exquisite blend never fails to astonish even the most refined palates, making it a delightful experience for anyone seeking a truly remarkable taste adventure.

THE DRINKS: Get ready for a hands-on bartending adventure at home, crafting three delightful cocktails!
At the beginning of the session, there will be a brief overview of mixology and its various techniques.
The mixologist will offer you a taste of his unique signature cocktail. Following this, you will have the opportunity to craft three cocktails of your own choosing. You can select from the provided recipe booklet, create your personalized versions, or request a favorite recipe. If preferred, non-alcoholic mocktails can be substituted for cocktails. Additionally, complimentary crackers will be served during the experience.
